Wondering what will it be like to work with Angelica?
In our work together, I offer a calm and steady presence. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, listen inward, and make sense of what has been weighing on you in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and true to your lived experience.
My practice is integrative, trauma-informed, and supported by evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This work may also be supported by creative, reflective, and expressive practices that allow experience to be explored beyond words.

Dreamwork: Therapeutic exploration of dreams and nightmares
Together, we may explore the thoughts, emotions, body responses, relationships, losses, life transitions, spiritual questions, and inner parts that shape your experience of yourself and the world. I also attend to the relationships, losses, life transitions, spiritual questions, and existential turning points that influence how you understand yourself and move through the world.
I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and moments of deep questioning. My background as a registered naturopath and remedial massage therapist also informs my respect for the relationship between body, mind, and meaning.
Above all, I aim to offer a space that feels grounded, respectful, and thoughtfully held — a place where your inner landscape can be explored with clarity, compassion, and steady support.
